As principal of Vergari & Associates, I have had an active Family Law practice since 1996. During that time, I have litigated and mediated in hundreds of family law cases and have frequently served as a court-appointed minors counsel. In 2003, I became active in the Collaborative Family Law movement, joining A Better Divorce. My article, "A New Approach to Marital Dissolutions," was published in the December 2003 issue of Los Angeles Lawyer magazine. I have regularly participated in workshops and seminars to solidify and further develop my expertise in Family Law with an emphasis in Collaborative Family Law. I am retained by clients as either a consultant, mediator, collaborative family law attorney, or litigator.
