I have been practicing law for for 25 years. I am an experienced litigator, but where family law is concerned I fully embrace and recommend to prospective clients the alternatives of the collaborative process or mediation. I firmly believe that families do not belong in court. Collaborative divorce, in particular, offers the parties a unique opportunity to actively participate in the process of planning their futures and those of their children in an environment that is far less threatening and traumatic than the litigation arena.
